Valentine’s Day Cake Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 boxed vanilla or chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)

  • ¾ cup frosting (vanilla, chocolate, or cream cheese)

  • 24–30 lollipop sticks

  • 12 oz candy melts or white chocolate, pink/red (or white + food coloring)

  • Valentine’s sprinkles, heart confetti, or edible glitter

Instructions

1. Bake the cake2. Crumble and mix3. Roll

Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or freeze for 15.

4. Assemble

Melt a small amount of candy melts. Dip the tip of each lollipop stick into the melted chocolate, then insert it halfway into a cake ball. Chill again for 10 minutes to set.

5. Decorate

Melt the remaining candy melts. Dip each cake pop into the chocolate, gently tapping off excess. Decorate immediately with sprinkles or hearts before the coating sets.

6. Set and serve

Place cake pops upright in a foam block or cup to set completely. Once hardened, they’re ready to gift, share, or enjoy!
