Loaded Fries

Ingredients

  • Frozen or fresh fries (crinkle, shoestring, or waffle all work)

  • Olive oil

  • Salt + black pepper

  • Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)

  • Cooked bacon, chopped

  • Green onions, sliced

  • Sour cream (or ranch)

Optional upgrades

  • Jalapeños

  • Pulled chicken or ground beef

  • BBQ sauce or buffalo sauce

Instructions

1. Crisp the fries2. Season the fries3. Load them up4. Melt the cheese

Pop the fries in the oven for 5–7 minutes, just until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

5. Finishing touches

Drizzle with sour cream or ranch, then scatter green onions and any other toppings on top.
