Homemade Truffle Fries

Ingredients

  • 3 large russet potatoes
  • 2–3 tbsp truffle oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
