Crispy Parmesan Fried Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tablespoon milk

  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • Vegetable oil, for frying

  • Optional: marinara or ranch for dipping

Instructions

1. Slice and prep2. Set up the breading station3. Bread the zucchini4. Heat the oil

Pour about ½ inch of vegetable oil into a skillet. Heat over medium heat until it reaches about 350°F .

5. Fry until golden

Fry zucchini in batches for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Avoid overcrowding the pan. Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate.

6. Serve and enjoy

Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and a pinch of salt while hot. Serve immediately with warm marinara, ranch, or even a squeeze of lemon.
