1. Press and prep

Drain the tofu and press it for 15–20 minutes to remove excess moisture. Cut into bite-sized cubes for maximum crispiness.

2. Season the base3. Coat for crunch4. Heat the pan

Warm oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.

5. Crisp the tofu

Add tofu in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 3–4 minutes per side, turning until all sides are golden and crisp.
